Jitterbug Flip outgoing audio quits

Intermittently the person I am calling cannot hear anything. This has happened about 3 times now. Removing and replacing the battery fixed it one time and then the next day I called my daughter and again she could not hear anything. I can hear them fine.

I like being able to use voice commands as I have low vision, but am very frustrated that the recipients of my calls cannot hear me.

In addition, thanks for your feedback. I haven't had a chance to test this particular model yet. I did not have any problems with previous versions of the phone (the Jitterbug J and Jitterbug Plus). This kind of problem can occur if there are issues with network coverage in your area (GreatCall's coverage is provided by Verizon).
