Hung up on me twice

I was unable to use Net10 at my new house. So I researched and called to ensure coverage from many companies. After many calls to T-mobile, I chose them. I ordered a sim card for my android and, after finally getting it, spent $60 on airtime.

It took me weeks and 20 calls to finally find out their service and sim card I had to pay for, won't work on my new android. I called to get my money back and was hung up on 2 times by customer service reps. I filed with better business bureau to finally get my money and a return call from them. They lied to me over and over again. I love my Net10 and will never use another. Been with them 12 years.
