How do I program autodial

I love this phone, but no help with such a minimal manual. Can't figure out how to add my most often called numbers into an autodial. Hate that #1 is Tracfone's number. Will never call it. Looks like no way to remove it as #1. Any easily understood directions someone can give a lol (little ol' lady) to set up autodial?

How do you add more than the 1st 9 (8 actually)?
I had no trouble setting up the initial speed dial, but can't figure out how to do more speed dial settings above #9. Any help? Customer service was no help. 45 minutes on phone & he never had a clue what I was talking about. :-(((

Dave,

It looks like you can only set speed dials from 2-9.
On mine, once you've filled all the "squares", it goes back to the beginning.

If, for example, I try to "move" speed dial #3, the phone says, "all slots are occupied".

I had no problem setting up speed dial for #2-#9.
How do I get additional speed dial #'s setup. I tried customer service (45 minutes & rep had not aa clue). Any help? Thx

Once you set the speed dial number, push and hold the "Speed" number until it auto-dials.

This option requires you to remember the speed number that you set up for your contact.

Thanks so much. Your instructions were perfect.
However, I did find a fast way to access my programed numbers to speed dial. All you have to do is open your flip phone and hit the number assigned to your desired call, such as 3 for calling the office, and the phone will autodial that number.

Thanks for your question.

There is a Speed Dials option in your Contacts menu. To use it, you have to first add your frequently called number as a contact. Then you go to the Contacts -> Speed Dials menu. Now you can add that contact as a Speed Dial option.

You're right that you can't delete the Tracfone support number that's fixed as Speed Dial # 1.

Unfortunately to actually access the Speed Dial number appears to be NOT very speedy. You have to press the soft left menu button (-), then the number "2", then the number "3" to get to the Speed Dials before you can finally select one of those to calls. In other words, that's several button clicks.

If anyone knows of a way to do it faster, please let us know.
