Virgin Mobile needs improvement (fixed)

I get service at home but not at my job what's up VM YOUR MAP SAYS PERFECT FOR VOICE CALLS BUT WONT EVEN START DIALING THE CALL and here is the kicker phone sayz I have full signal what's that about I am very dissappointed great service plan $25 a month unlimited plan but no service where I spend most of my week even my customers that have cricket service can use there phone
