Virgin Mobile does two things I don't care for
Virgin Mobile is always pleasant on the phone but does two things I don't care for:
1. They change the terms of my plan without pre- notification, indicating that "no contract" apparently means both ways!
2. They mess up the top-up arrangements regularly every 90 days.
They are low-priced and the phone works O.K. but the service remains below par.

2. Again, I would prefer some more specifics.
I realized you didn't include the notification for this contribution so you may not see this requests unless you visit the page again. But if you do, I'd like to know as top-up problems are usually rare.
