UN-SATISFIED Alltel prepaid CUSTOMER

I have not even spoken on my phone yet and I am already unhappy with it.I am told that my area is in a verizon area and I have to dial my local #s twice with area code included plus the # sign. How in-convenient can this be. I will be returning my phone to these people as soon as I return from my trip that I purchased this phone to use on trip.
