I would add that one cannot add pictures or ringtones into it using a mini-USB cable. I bought Motorola software to do so and it appears to not work with this phone. They (tracphone) make more money by making you buy each ringtone...
Also, I have not figured out a way to see the time at which a voice message was received. - irritating.

I do love this phone. Great coverage.
