Really like the phone so far except, case too slick to handle well in cold weather, I put rubber bands around lid just under the speaker hole and the picture, as well as around the keyboard between the SEND/END and the 123 keys in order to get a grip on it to hold as well as open.
The power cord port cover is going to get ripped off as it is easy to forget to close. The side mounted "light on/vol. adj." is to easy to hit when handling the phone. Have not been able to find an source for the Manual, all I seem to get is the Start-up Guide, but have been able to figure out how to do all the functions without it so far. Program has worked great.
When transferring your min.and time be sure to get the single rate option so you do not get ROAMING charges. I have two of this model and would get it again. Well worth the money and seems to work great so far! Jack

Thanks so much for your comments. I like the cold weather tips - really useful. In my case (or area), the single rate option seems to be automatic and not something you have to choose.
