Text from website unreadable undelivered

I've tried to send a text message to my Net10 phone and it always comes back with the message "We are sorry, your attempt at sending a message has failed."

I am using your texting site http://www.net10.com/sms.jsp?

Why?

Finally after multiple attempts a message was delivered but was garble unreadable characters. Why??

i just started having this problem too. at the start of the year, i noticed that i would send out texts and never get them back. i had a friend to a test and text me, and sure enough, it never went through.

i have called net10 several times, but yes, their hq is in india and it takes at least an hour for them to try to fix anything. nothing they have done has worked. i have written to them and everything. absolutely terrible.

it only happens for a short period of a random day, but most of the time texts work fine. but i never know if a friend is ignoring me or if the texts just aren't getting through to me.

i have been a net10 user for the last six years and as loyal as anyone can be. but this is ridiculous. the company is going down and they're taking the customers with them.

i'm jumping ship for another carrier.

NO net10 sucks. I called about the same problem. They're HQ is in india orr some dumb shit. was on the phone for over an hour
wasted over 30 minutes on my phone because they kept asking me to text my self and it never worked.

I am having problems receiving text messages, I can send, but not received. I have had the phone for awhile, and no problems till now.

I have used Net10 service for years now and I have never experienced that problem. The Net10 SMS Instant Messaging service always works for when my gf sends texts to my phone from her computer at work. My best suggestion would be to call up tech support like Teresa had mentioned above. Sorry that you are having a problem, but my phone has never failed me!

If you are having problems with texting you should contact net 10 they are really good at fixing problems and tech support will do their best to help you. This will save a lot of time and personal agravasion. www.net10.com. or Net10: 1-877-836-2368 Good luck let me know how it works out.

Hi,

It's always worked for me (I checked it just now as well), so I can't really guess why other than to check whether you're in an area with good signal strength. If that's not a problem, I suggest you call their customer support.
