We were customers for almost 1 year when my daughter asked for an upgraded phone as a birthday gift. We spent $170 on a new phone but when it arrived it couldn't be activated.
Kajeet had registered it wrong. We spent hours on the phone with 'customer service' but they were unable to make it work. We asked that they ship us a new phone and they refused saying we could purchase another phone, wait for it to arrive, then send back the first phone. That would have meant spending another $170 and then hoping to get our money returned. Finally, we returned the phone and went with another company.
Now they refuse to return the money that was in the account to pay future bills. This was a birthday present for a 12 year old and we spent everyday on the phone for an entire week. People never returned calls, no help was to be found. They blamed Sprint but never could get the phone to work.
You get what you pay for and well, these guys are cheap but thanks to their policy they have my money still locked in an account. There is just NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm complaining the the Better Business Bureau.
