T401g Center Key acting up plus transferring pictures

I got this phone and a case to clip it on my belt, every time I bend my waist for any reason the center key which is protuberant activates something on the phone, sometimes it even sends messages on its own. Yes I locked it but still does it.

I used the camera but cannot transfer pictures to my PC directly, I got the data cable but I need an additional software that Net 10 does not have and neither Samsung web site. Transferring pictures via Email works but it is expensive with net 10.

I didn't use a clip so I'm not familiar with the center key behavior. I did lock the phone so that it wouldn't do something similar in my pocket, and I don't think it has. Perhaps, when you're bending down, the unlock key also gets press? Don't know, just guessing.

Regarding the file transfer, I always transfer my photos to a computer via Bluetooth. It's fast and easy. You can mark multiple images, and transfer them one after another. I had to get a Bluetooth adapter for my laptop, but they're pretty inexpensive (as low as $1.64 when I last checked). Almost any one you choose should work, but, for the record, mine is an older Trendnet TBW-105UB.
