T301g not adjusting to daylight savings time

Even after turning the samsung t301g off then on, I still cannot get an updated time (after daylight savings change). I have even went so far as to remove the battery and waited for a period of time before re-installing it, still no change.
This drives me nuts twice a year! I love the tracfone, and love the samsung (had the $10 motorola for 6 years before this one), but just cannot understand why this function is not something the consumer can change. So frustrating!!

Hi Gloria,
Yeah, it's a pain when that doesn't work. Even when it works properly, it's nice to be able to set the time yourself. For example, someone's clock at work may be a few minutes off, and it could be useful to have the phone match the time at work.
You might want to call Tracfone support to see if it's something they know how to fix.
