Some problems with Net10

Got two net10 phones, put both on the unlimited plan, paid 83.00 on each. Two days later one phone broke down so I went and paid for one more phone. Then they said i can't transfer my unlimited plan to that phone so now i have had no phone for 6 days and they have my money then you have to talk to some person in India who has not a clue what to do trackphone/net 10 STINK.

Well, great. Net10. Waiting for new sim card ordered on 1/10/2009. Still waiting, but they still have my 83.00 dollars and i have no service. They said thay were going to refund my money back to my credit card that was four days ago. One thing is customer care is so bad.

Now the good thing is, you will get great coverage with GSM or CDMA all over the USA and hawaii and more. Track phone too high in price.
