Signing into Yahoo with T301g

I had the real basic nokia before as I don't use my cell that much but thought it was time to 'upgrade' and it was on sale.

I too Need a Full instruction manual as I am totally new to internet via cell phones .
How does one sign into their yahoo email?
Where is the @ and . for .com I need both to sign into my account right?

Other than the Non instructions I like it fine. I don't need too many 'extras' but being able to view email would be nice.

Another negative- I tried to registar at Tracfone's Help forum- twice and i have never received the "verification" code- used 2 different user names/emails- Zip on both
