Samsung T401g vs. LG900

I like having the full QWERTY keyboard with my cell phone. I'm down to either this Samsung or the LG900 with Net10. Does anyone have any recommendations as to which one is better.

I do have one friend that is using the T401g and really loves it. It seems pretty perfect. I know sometimes with the open keyboard there's a tendency to dial or text unknowingly, so I was just wondering what people thought about this phone vs the LG900. They both seem legit to me.

lg900 is a great buy if you like your tunes and texting!

The lg900 may be the best phone yet from net10! This is NOT a true smart phone however. The built in browser is s-l-o-w and will only chow on your minutes! BUT it's great for texting, music, decent camera and great battery life. $30 at walmart with the bonus of a 4gb sd card qualifies as a steal! Tons of options in the menu too.

Transfer pics no problem

Agreed that LG 900g is a great option especially with ability to run apps. However, you can easily transfer pics from the T401g via Bluetooth to PC. Also, if you store the pics on a microsd card, you can use an SD card adapter (usually comes with the microsd card) to transfer them directly from the memory card to the computer.

Watch out for the LG900 from NET10

It's a great phone unless you want to down load pictures to your pc. Net 10 has deleted that function from the USB port in anticipation of charging for an app to move Your pics from Your phone to Your computer. They have a convoluted way of transferring pics via email (7 steps) but you have to reduce pixels to a point where you can't enlarge them. Walmart has a special deal $29.99 for the phone, charger, and memory card. Good phone if you don't use Net10. Also the browser function is pretty weak even with the memory card. That's probably a NET10 problem.
