Samsung T401g a great phone just that i text too much

Great phone just that I text too much, first cost me 5cents a text, but I called net10 and finally I put some codes in and now it only charges me 3 cents a text. Love the memory card and mp3 player. A lot of great features and for now a 300 minute bundle that comes with it.

I called Net10 about 5 times and spoke with 5 different people most of them will tell you that you are crazy but just hang up and speak with another representative and finally one of them will help but you have to keep begging

can you pass on the 3c code?

My phone also charges 5c when the packaging says it will cost 3c a text msg. Could you pass on the info that helped you resolve this?
