Target is clearing out the Tracfone Motorola C139 -- good, very basic phone. In store only. But it might be worth trying to get the double-minutes version at Walmart for $12.88. Out of stock online, but you can try in-store. LG Flare usually costs $29.99. Since the LG Flare has no camera, the blue-tooth is mainly just for using with a headset. Sears has the Net10 LG 1500 camera phone for just $39.99. Good basic camera flip phone. In-store only, as well. $5 off Tracfones Motorola C139 and V170
Staples has $5 off the Tracfone Motorola C139 or V170 in-store. The C139 is $9.99 and the V170 is $14.99. Both are good reliable basic phones. Good enough for talking and sending short text messages. $10 off GoPhones

Here's one of several Tracfone double minute bundle offers. You get a (reconditioned) Motorola C261 camera phone, 200 minutes and the double minutes for life feature where everytime you buy an airtime card, you get double the number of minutes on that card. Free shipping too! 
It's a great deal, but seriously, Tracfone should just lower their prices. It's like how you feel when someone in the seat next to you paid half price for their ticket. Eventually every Tracfone user will only have double-minute phones and Tracfone will look a bit silly. Still this is a better deal than the Tracfone Motorola C139 with double minutes $12.88

Target's turn to offer the 1.3 megapixel Virgin Mobile Cyclops for $39.99 this time. Good if you want a better resolution camera on your prepaid phone.

If you really want to use your phone for something other than talking, you could try the Samsung Juke U470 for Verizon Inpulse, available at Walmart for $124.88. Circuit City still has their sale on Virgin Mobile phones. Most of their sale prices are the same as regular prices at Best Buy, but the basic but attractive Marbl is $5 cheaper. Rating-wise, you might be better off with the Aloha or the original (not Super) Slice. Update: Walmart has it for $14.68.

Even Sears is pushing prepaid cell phones. They have the Net10 LG1500 flip phone for $49.99. All Net10 phones come with 300 minutes of airtime, a $30 value. (Hmm. The 300 bonus minutes policy seems to be getting a little tricky -- they give you 100 bonus minutes each for the first three airtime cards you activate -- not as good a deal anymore). Also at Target, the Motorola W375 adds a camera to the stylish (for a prepaid cell phone) W370. Main advantage over the C261 is that it's a flip phone, if you prefer one.
