Here are some other providers that let you use an unlocked phone with their SIM cards.

Red Pocket offers talk, text and data packages that start at $40 per month.

T-Mobile offers a prepaid SIM card kit for use on their network and plans

Simple Mobile is another option with plans starting at $40 per month. Good option if you're in T-Mobile's 4G network area.

SIM card kits are also available from NET10 and Straight Talk, but you can only use it with their unlimited plans. This also give some sources for getting unlocked phones.
