300 minute Net10 card back

I found a 'net10 adds 300 minutes' card in a drawer. how can I check to see if it has been used? I have uploaded front and back sides of this older card.

This card works with the old Net10 pay as you go plans, not the newer monthly plans. If you have a smartphone with Net10, you are on one of the monthly plans, and, therefore, you can't use this card.
Assuming you do have an older feature phone, then you can just try adding the card to your account and see if it's still valid. You can do this online or via the menu on your phones.
