Not Satisfied with Service

I lost my phone and got another one. I have tried to switch my account over to my new phone and also tried to just activate my other phone as a new activation. I have called customer service several times also tried this online.

I have never had this much trouble out of a prepaid account and i am not satisfied with their service, and their customer service reps Are not at all helpful. It would be nice to have someone to help me over the phone that knows what they are doing or that can try to help fix my problem. I think Alltel needs to be more like AT&T or Verizon. My broken Alltel phone number is deleted.

I needed my account switched over to the phone that I have now that is not broken, cause I can no longer use the broken phone. Also a customer service rep. That put in my information when i first activated my phone has made a mistake on my address and now Alltel c.S tells my I don't know my address. I am not spending anymore money b/c Alltel has made a mistake on my address and I will not be spending no more money on this poor phone service that i will never recommend to anyone!

What do i do?

I just got a new phone because my old one was stolen and I can't figure out how to activate it. I have tried to call Alltel with this new phone but can't. Am i supposed to activate it on line? And if so, how do I do that?

Poor marketing (hidden information)

Just paid $29.00 plus change for a alltel pay as you go or pre-pay phone, just to get to a computer to activate the phone,and found it necessary to get the phone active they expect and need $35.00 in activation FEES. I think it is very unfair of them to hide the fact that more money is needed, should have known the $35. fee on top of the $29.95 was needed, I wouldn't have spent that much for just the phone. Expected to just start loading minutes onto it and use. Alltel, get real, the message that other fees may be added was hidden inside the packaging!
