No music found on Motorola EX124g
by Alfredo
(New York)
I updated my music library on my Motorola EX124g as described above and when I got the answer it said " 0 Files found, 0 Files added". I have had this phone for 2 months and still have not had a chance to play one song. And I have a lot of songs in my memory card. This should not be so difficult.
------------ Hi Alfredo,
I agree, it should not be so difficult. However, I'm not sure I have enough info to try and help you. You say you followed the "directions" The first thing I want to ask is are your songs in mp3 format? If not you have to convert and re-upload them to your phone.
Also, if, on your phone you go to:
Menu -> My Folder -> Memory Card
are you able to find your music files that you have put on the phone? If you can find your song, you should be able to play it from there, one-by-one.
These aren't the issue, you'll have to provide some more detailed info about how you transferred your music to the phone.
Sorry I can't be of more help.
Regards, sb (admin)
