I got my first phone today and i happened to pick out this exact motorola except something went wrong i had a inbox full of messages 10 at most but i was trying to read them but i hit the clear messages button and now i dont even know my own PIN NUMBER if you want to help me my phone number is snip or call my house phone (minutes are almost up i cant even call my own house from the inside of i) my house number is snip

Try re-activating

Thanks for your question. I'm not sure I understand the problem you describe. My suggestion, if the phone is unusable, would be to try and reactivate it online or call customer support and re-activate over the phone. You will be assigned a new number, but since you say it's a new phone, perhaps that won't be that much of an inconvenience. If it is locked, perhaps they can help you unlock it or reset it.

Perhaps another site visitor will have a better idea?
