There’s only one Motorola Go Phone at AT&T Wireless currently available, so I’ll keep this short and point you to a review of the phone.

The popular Razr V3 has been available as a GoPhone in the past but is not currently being offered. In fact, the Razr has never seemed to be that commonly available as a prepaid phone. On the other hand, it has been used as a model for other phones such as the W376g from Tracfone.
