Most apps don't work - not enough memory

by Sue

Most of the apps that I try to use (they download ok) will come up with "not enough memory" when I try to use them - what a rip-off!

Hi Sue,

Thank you for your comments. I had planned to download more apps but have been sidetracked by other topics.

Can you give me an example of a particular app that you downloaded that does not run on the phone? Thanks.

Re; downloading apps

To sue, DO NOT download the apps directly to your lg900 ! Instead remove the 4gb sd card and insert it into your pc and download from getjar.com directly to the sd card.
Much simpler and it won't cost you minutes this way!
Keep in mind that many of the apps require you to use the browser too.

Thanks. Good to know.

Thanks Sue. That's good to know. While it looks like the app doesn't work, you can get to the mobile version of the Weather Channel site from the browser under "Weather, Sports and News". You can check the current conditions as well as the various forecasts. Of course, you don't get the map in motion type stuff.

yes-I downloaded the "Weather Channel" app and it comes up as "not enough memory" whenever I try to access it- I really am not interested in games and such.
