Make sure they transfer all your minutes and time!
I went through the transfer process on the website and everything worked fine...UNTIL I got to the last question:
"Do you agree with the number of minutes and days of service added to your new Tracfone?"
I had over 2500 minutes on my existing phone, but the website said only 1100 minutes would be transferred to my new phone! Uh oh!! So I had to click the NO button to cancel the transfer. I then called customer service.
I eventually got this resolved, but it took a 45 minute phone call to their overseas call center. So make sure you are paying attention when you get to this question.
