Love my Samsung T401g, battery life not so much

I've been using my T401G for about a year now, and overall I'd have to give the phone two thumbs up. It's everything I expected and then some. Connection is great, it's sturdy, makes texting a dream, and feature-rich. Even the speaker phone feature works much better than other phones I've owned.

I especially love that I can attach pictures to my contacts and add special ringtones so that I know who's calling from across the room without having to touch my phone. The browser is exceptional for a prepaid phone. I'm constantly using the camera, video, and the voice recorder to attach commentary on the photos I send to people. As a grandmother, it's perfect for me when visiting the grandkids.

Really my only complaint is the phone's battery life. I definitely haven't been able to get the kind of battery life everyone talks about. My talk time averages about 4 hours, but standby time is only 3 days at best. I usually have to recharge every other day. I replaced the battery recently, without much improvement. But in all fairness I have the NET10 Unlimited plan, use this phone as my only phone, so it really gets a workout.

I've recommended and purchased this same phone for other family members, and we're all more than happy with it. I highly recommend the T401g.
