I just go my phone (LG 800g) about 3 days ago. I think that it is a great phone for the money. I have been using Tracfone for about 6 years now, it works well for me. This phone has good reception (a major issue in my area) and is easy to use.
I can't really comment about its multimedia issues yet, I haven't really used them. I just put in the 4gig SD card today. I tried loading a video from my PC to the phone and it would not accept any of the formats (.MP4. .wmv) that I tried. What video formats does this phone use? I noticed that the video recorder used a .3gp format, whatever that is. Is there an app that can help with this issue?

Hi Darrel,
3gp is a common format for cell phone videos. I don't know if there are any apps, but if you want to convert videos on you PC to 3gp, you can try one of these online converters:
http://video.online-convert.com/convert-to-3gp
or
http://www.encoding.com/formatsupport
The latter is a paid service, but they have a free plan for up to 1 GB per month.
Hope this helps.
