I have a special needs 18 year old daughter who is developmentally delayed with PDD-NOS (Autism Spectrum) and ADHD. She has issues with her social skills and assumes everyone is her friend. The world of technology has proved to not be a safe place for her.

It's very important for her to have a cell phone to feel special and like a "normal" person and it's a great tool to ease anxiety.
