Is there a re-activation fee?

I have a phone that I always used on the $50.00 unlimited plan. the phone and service have not been used for approximately 3 months. I now want to use the phone and purchase the $50.00 unlimited but will I have to pay another activation fee and if so how much is the fee?

Hi Jamie,

There's no activation fee with Net10. There is one issue you might run into depending on the phone you have.

If you have a CDMA phone (model number ending in C such as 738C) then you should be able to re-activate it without any hassle.

If you have a GSM phone then the SIM card has probably been de-registered by now, and NET10 will have to send you a new SIM card. They'll do that for free, but you'll have to call up NET10's customer support. It will take about 3-5 business days for you to receive the item.
