But it only works with the more expensive trac phones. The candy bar ones that cost 10 bucks don't do it.

i have a cheap motorola w370 its the only one i have found that i txt internationally..i have tried to upgrade with a nicer more expensive tracfone but i went back to this one because i couldnt txt internationally...one of my best friends lives abroad and i txt her everyday so it is very important to me

cheap phone can work

actually, i had a very cheap tracfone. it was kyocera. and it worked. but now i have a more expensive one and it doesn't work. sux
