I love Net 10

My husband, myself and our 11 year old daughter all have a Net 10 phone. We really love them and we find that it is an affordable way to have a cell phone. One of out phones stopped working and they sent us a new one with extra mins. for our troubles.
I highly reccomend Net 10!

This is a great testimonial to the negativity I've read about NET10's customer service. I understand that every company that deals with the public is going to have issues and that's just part of doing business. But, it seems they went out of their way to make this right. Currently, there is quite a bit of competition in the prepaid market, so anything they can do to win new customers is a good thing. So far, pretty please myself. The unlimited plans is a blessing when you know that you'll be on the phone a lot. You never have to worry about your usage or going over on minutes. When business is slow I can just switch to a different plan for the month to help save money.
