How to turn off and on Vibrate and Ringtone in Jitterbug J

My elderly mom loves her Jitterbug but, as her vision is failing so is her hearing. I'm having trouble figuring out how to turn OFF the vibrate function, and ON the ringtones (we're having trouble locating the box with the book). Any advice?

Hi,

Great question, because this is something I stumbled onto accidentally. What you have to do is:

1) Flip open the phone and

2) Press the great rubber button on the outside or front of the phone below the external screen.

As you press the grey button up or down(with the phone flipped open) you'll see the ringer change from "Vibrate", "Low", "Medium" and "High".
