How do I adjust the speaker volume up? Can the speaker be left on?

Thanks for answering my question. The speaker volume is shown at the top of the circle. Use the right or left arrow to raise or lower volume. This is a nice phone for the money but if you have any hearing problems look for something else. The speaker is on the back of the phone and not very loud. At full volume on speaker I turn the phone around and put it next to my ear. Also the manual is not very helpful. This site is a great resourse.

Thanks for your question. After turning on the speaker phone, you can try pressing the up arrow of the circular key and see if that increases the volume. That's what is used to increase the earpiece volume, so I'm guessing it might work here. I can't test it myself as I'm testing another set of phones and don't have a W376g that is activated.

There is another area where you can adjust the sound, though it may only apply to the games. Go the the Games and Apps menu. Select sound settings and then adjust the volume up to the maximum of 7.

Let us know if either of these works.
