I bought a 300 minute card at Walmart and when I add the card my phone still have some minute but out of days available and my phone lock.serial # snip ph # snipI try to call twice and wait for 15 minute and no one available would you let me know the problem or call methanks in advanceArmand

Comment Hi Armand, Thanks for your question. I think you need to re-activate your phone. You can do it online, but that will probably reset your phone to a new phone number. You should try customer service again at a time when they're not so busy. Ask them if it is possible to reactivate your phone with the same phone number.
