How do I unlock memory card

No problems yet! The only thing I can't figure out is how to download music to it. I bought a memory card but the phone says the card is locked. How do I unlock it?

there is a physical lock on the side of most sd cards. it looks like a switch. hope this helps!

Did you try formatting the memory card? These are the instructions from the manual (I don't have a phone with me at the moment):

Format:
You MUST format a memory card, USING THE PHONE,
before using it for the first time. Your phone will prompt you if you need to format your memory card.

Note: To manually format the memory card press
Menu > Settings > Initial Setup > Format memory card.
