In July my husband and I drove from Kentucky to California. In Cal. I called customer service to see how many minutes was left on our two phones. I was told that one had 77 minutes and the other 99 minutes. I quit using the one with the 77 minutes. Yesterday I received a statement saying that I had used 53 minutes over my allowance. What gives?
Also I asked how to erase the minutes used on the Jitterbug phone. Apparently the first phone I got is showing all the minutes used right from the beginning.
