Hassle to Sign Up on Black Friday!

I am trying to purchase the service and am having problems just using their webpage to purchase a phone! It's $5 cheaper online but so far they are "unable to process" THREE different cards. The month and year keep reversing causing my bank to reject the transaction.

"No one is in" to fix the technical problems on this holiday weekend even though customer service is in Fri - Sun until 11:00 pm. It is difficult logging on, impossible to complete the transaction, and the price changes from page to page.

Not a good first impression. I hope the phone service is better than the webpage support.
