I have had this service and a Doro phone for many years. Both are now at the point of paying for something not worth the money. This week alone every day has service errors "All circuits are busy - try later"
I have had at least 5 of the same model Doro - there is only one software update and it does no improvements. Consumer Cellular does not really support the phone; you have to go to Target to get "real" help.
The Doro buttons either stop working or will make selections that you did not want, skip thru letters when trying to text so you have to retype over and over, and the list goes on! Appointments duplicate on the calendar and just ridiculous things like those.
