My son is a total technophobe and hates cellphones. But we actually got him to use this phone. He likes its simplicity and ease of use and its lack of unnecessary features.
It doesn't have an annoying cutesy ringtone either, just basic, which he prefers also. He was reluctant to use the Jitterbug at first because of its image as an "old peoples phone", but now he uses it and it suits his needs perfectly.
