Google Sky on Motorola EX124g or LG 800g?

google sky home page on Motorola EX124g
Does anybody know whether the LG800G or this phone, the Motorola EX124g, support the Google "SKY" app. Thanks for your time!

Hi,
I tried loading the Google Sky page on the EX124g browser hoping to get a download prompt as had happened when I visited the Google Maps page, but no such luck. The home page itself sort of loaded as you can see on the screenshot, but it got stuck at the "Loading Sky maps" stage.
In addition, the page was unresponsive when I entered something into the search box and hit the search button. I stuck with the page for about three or four minutes to see if something would eventually happen, but nothing did. So I got out of it.
Basically, I think you need an Android smartphone to install a Google Sky app. You are supposed to be able to point the phone's camera at the sky and it's supposed to be able to figure out the various objects in the sky. I think one reason, you need the Android app, is that the app may rely on your geographic location to help figure out this info.
So, it would have been great if a generic Java-based Google sky app was available for this phone, but it's not.
