The phone itself is OK, though it does NOT take clear pictures - they are fuzzy like a Peach. However, Straight Talk cannot figure out why I CANNOT access the Internet from this phone, since Wednesday, October 28, 2014.
I spoke to 5 people in the course of two days. Asked for a Floor Supervisor to no Avail.
This will be my last month EVER buying a PrePaid card from Smart Talk. If you don't have an Android, they cannot help you.
So much for Technical Support.
They are Horrible !!
