EX124g Screen locked up?

My motorola ex124g screen recently locked up and it won't let me do anything. It tells me when I am receiving a phone call/texts but it won't let me answer them? How/can I unlock it?

Hi Taylor,
I don't know if you're having the same issue that (as I mentioned in my review) I had when I first got the phone or something more complicated. When I first got the EX124g, I didn't know you had to "slide to unlock" the phone - which just goes to show what happens when you live and breathe prepaid cell phones!
This slide to unlock feature is the auto keypad lock and you can turn it off by going to
Menu > Settings > Security > Auto Keypad Lock.
There is also a separate Phone Lock feature that requires you to set a password that must be entered in order to unlock the phone. This is useful to set if you want to protect any info on the phone or if you have set up the phone to access your email which contains private information.
