Earphone jack was funky

I bought this phone but took it back when I discovered the earphone jack was funky, meaning headphones did not fit well.

I tried three different EM326 phones with the same results! Also the f.m.radio feature would not turn on.

The Samsung T401G is a much better buy according to several reviews.

I have had difficulty getting the phone to recognize a headset plugged into it. That's a bit more specific than saying the plug is "funky".
