Do I get charged for calling 411 on Tracfone?

I recently purchased and I had the question if I call 411 will I get charged or will extra minutes be deducted?

Hi jj,

I believe you're only charged the airtime of the duration of the call rounded up to the next minute. Tracfone's official description is, "Airtime minutes are deducted for all incoming and outgoing calls, including calls to toll free numbers, 411, 611, Customer Care, simultaneous calls (airtime minutes will be deducted for each call separately) and calls to access your voice mail. Airtime minutes are not deducted for calls to 911."

RECENTLY CALLED 411 USING MY TRACPHONE. i DSID HAVE 1166.00 MINUTES, AFTER 5 OR SO MINUTES i HUNG UP. fOR SOME REASON WAS CHARGED OVER 200 MINUTES. GESS WHAT, CALLING TRAC PHONE THEY HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT THIS OR WALMART .
