Disgruntled EM326g customer

Since my wife decided to upgrade to this phone, we have had nothing but problems. While our house is within sight of a cell tower and our previous net10 phone worked anywhere in our house, this phone gets no bar unless we are out in our driveway. Many phone calls have been made to customer service and all they can do is read from a script and give us a ticket number. Eventually 1st phone was replaced with the same model. Still having same problem, still getting same run around with ticket numbers. Still waiting for a resolution.
