Cool, but having issues with browser and email

I have this phone, and it worked, but I'm now having issues with the browser and email. It will not connect, and it says that service is not available.
It worked before I have full bars, too, so I know I have service here. What's the problem?
It is hard for me to tell what the problem is exactly. Here is a guess
Some who have gotten a "Check Data Restriction", they've tried a couple of things on a different model that seem to work.
1. Turning the phone off completely and then on again.
2. Setting the network to "Home" only. This option isn't available on the S150g. However, perhaps turning the phone on and off has the same effect.
Let me know if this works. If someone else has a better idea . . .
