Consumer Cellular Good For Me In Bama

I don't understand the negative reviews (of Consumer Cellular). Here in Alabama, service has been perfect. I switched from att (also, perfect service) one yr. ago. No problems. I don't / never have used texting / internet and just wanted basic phone service and cc has done a good job plus, my bill went from $45 to $22/mo.

Contacted customer service one time due to low signal strength and they found an att tower down - then, perfect again.

I used my old att phone, added cc sim and was up and running. I'm a happy customer-to date!
