Changing from numbers to letters and from CAPS to small case letters on W376g

I'm feeling really stupid, can't find the method of changing from numbers to letters and from CAPS to small case letters. Please help. I'm just learning some of the extra things I can do on this great phone.

Don't worry, it took me a while to figure out as well.

You have to use the "0" button with the arrow pointing upwards. If it's in "Ab" mode then one quick press of the button puts you in "AB" mode and another quick press puts you in "ab" mode.

To switch to "123" mode, use the same button but keep it pressed down for about 1-2 seconds. Do the same thing to switch it back into the "Ab" modes.
