I text to canada almost every day. It may have to do with the coverage or cell number I am unsure. But I have even texted to Germany before.

I had a motorola flip phone (silver) and I could send and receive with my canadian family & friends. My LG before that would do this as well. I just switched to theslider Samsung and I can receive canadian texts but I can't send them. Not happy.

Depends on your phone

Depending on which phone you have, you may or may not be able to text Canada. I was able to do it with a Motorola W376g.

How do you do it? I've tried it, didn't work. Tracfone says they will discontinue service if this is done. I'd LOVE to be able to text to Canada!!
