Can you remove the browser shortcut on the EX124g?

Motorola EX124g browser shortcut
I keep pressing it on accident and have lost 40 minutes of airtime because I left it running...I guess. I would rather it just be within the menu screen.
------------- Hi Julie,
Unfortunely, I think the answer is no. Yeah, that shortcut is a bit of a pain. I tend to press it accidentally after I press the "Back" button to return to the home screen. It sometimes take a second for the phone to return, and I think that I haven't press it properly again. Of course, what happens is that the screen returns just as I'm pressing "Back" a second time, and I press the Browser shortcut instead which occupies the same spot. I try to make myself wait that extra second now.
Also, if you immediately press End as the browser is starting up, you can get it to quit before you lose any airtime.
I too would prefer if it was just in the menu. I actually use it from the menu, because I can first enter the URL I want before it connects to the Net. This save a bit on the airtime as well.
Sorry I can't be of more help.
Regards, sb (admin)
